Levi Strauss & Co. (LS&Co.), a global leader in denim, partnered with ILINK to conduct an energy audit at a key supplier in Bangalore, India, specializing in denim garment washing.

ILINK Development Services conducted an on-site energy assessment at a facility in Sri Lanka, as part of a partnership with Levi Strauss & Co. to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The assessment revealed that the facility, a key denim jeans supplier, meets 30% of its electricity needs through rooftop solar and uses LED lighting.

ILINK Development Services conducted an energy assessment at a Printing & Embroidery unit in Bangladesh to evaluate energy consumption and identify efficiency opportunities. The assessment revealed that the supplier relies on electricity from the national grid and natural gas for its captive power plant, with an average energy consumption of 0.478 kWh per garment.
